Forest Ridge is a Deed Restricted, Gated community located in Tarpon Springs, Florida. The 256 homes in our community were constructed in 2 phases by Fred Rizk Homes and Larson Communities from 1990 to 2003.
Forest Ridge is located just minutes away from the Tarpon Sponge Docks, beaches, and the historical downtown areas of Tarpon Springs. Our community is less than one mile from US HWY 19 which spans the entire counties of Pinellas and Pasco (and beyond), thus making it very easy to get anywhere you need to go quickly.
Students residing in Forest Ridge attend Pinellas County Schools for grades K-12. In addition, there are a number of post-secondary educational institutions within reasonable driving distance for college students.
